The Open Water Foundation (OWF) develops open source software and open data solutions to help make better decisions about water. Software product development typically occurs during a project that focuses on delivering software to meet requirements. OWF also works on projects to enhance existing software products, for example to provide new capabilities needed by a larger project.
In addition to software development, OWF also works on projects to create datasets, visualizations, documentation, educational materials and other products. OWF also utilizes the skills and expertise of staff to help teams with community outreach and information resources. See the Project summaries for information about OWF projects.
