The Open Water Foundation (OWF) Board of Directors provides insight and guidance to define and achieve organizational goals. The Board also helps to overcome challenges and identify opportunities. The Board is comprised of members that have unique experience in key areas including agricultural, municipal, and environmental water use, water issues including climate change and drought, information technologies, business, research, and education.
